Find hospitals offering cashless hospitalization
The Onsurity app enables you to find hospitals with cashless hospitalization. You can check our partner insurer’s list of network hospitals right on the Onsurity App. Just tap the ‘Check Nearest Hospitals’ option in the Claim Now screen.
Then just type your city name, postcode or the name of a hospital. If a hospital near you is a part of the network, it will show up. This is one of the ways we make hospitalization easier for you.
Helps with paperwork
One of the biggest challenges of the insurance claim process is getting the paperwork in order. To ease the process, when you open the Onsurity app and visit the Claim Now section, you will see two links — a checklist and a claim form. The checklist is your handy guide to all the documents and bills you will need for any health insurance related claim.
You will need to fill the in-app claim form, which you can then download and share the form straight from your mobile phone. The first page of the form gives you a walkthrough of what you need to fill in each section.
